As the Digital Marketing Intern at Assurance Financial, I create and schedule social media posts twice a week while also assisting in onboarding new loan officers. This includes setting up their CRM accounts, business Facebook pages, loan officer pages, and experience accounts, along with creating personalized guides to help them get started. I also support staff by fulfilling creative requests and customizing digital assets for various needs. In addition, I designed the company-wide quarterly newsletter and regularly use Adobe InDesign to create branded flyers that maintain consistency with the company’s professional image.
